Apple India Might Be In For Trouble
It has been revealed in a recent development that Apple is going to have to face a few issues with a regulatory agency in India. This might be the brunt the firm would have to face for alleged anticompetitive behavior in relation to the sales of its iPhone in India.

According to the regulatory firm, a case has been filed against the firm for the violation of the laws by selling their phone via merely two mobile companies, Aircel and Bharti Airtel.
Apple India, on the other hand, was of the view that they did not receive any further developments regarding the complaint made. They were further of the revelation that the allegations were baseless, as they were selling their phone through other channels as well.

According to a salesman, “If your operator can provide you a micro SIM (subscriber identity module), you can use it on the iPhone 4”.

These legal issues might tend to have negative impact on the reputation of the firm in the market as well as in the minds of the customers. It might even affect the sales of their products. It is just a matter of time to find out what the result of this development is
